We understand that you are buying our books, maps, and videos, and DVD's sight unseen, and we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, our policy is one hundred percent of purchase price refunded (and sales tax, if applicable) if the item is returned in saleable condition. Please note that this does not include shipping costs.
What is saleable condition?
-Books and maps are not dog-eared, dirty, marked up, or written in.
-Videos and DVD's are not opened.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on Special Reports.
